*Strict security of the prison and maintaining order among the inmates,
*Treating detainees humanely, ensuring their proper accommodation, food, medical care and meeting with relatives, friends and lawyers, and
*To provide necessary motivation and training for the rehabilitation of the society as a good citizen.
